1. Who we are

Senda is operated by Senda Future, contactable at senda.policy@gmail.com.

2. Who may use Senda

Senda is for students and young people exploring their education and career options, and it is free to use. You may browse the public pages without an account. To save careers, keep results or build a roadmap you need an account.

If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you should create your account with the agreement of a parent, guardian or your school.

3. Your account

Give accurate information when you register, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under your login. One person, one account.

4. What Senda is — and is not

Senda is educational information and orientation. It is not official careers advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of admission, employment or salary.

Salary ranges, entry requirements, exam details, university programmes and employer information are indicative, gathered from public sources, and change over time. Always confirm the details with the university, the employer, the exam body or your school's guidance counsellor before making a decision.

5. Acceptable use

When using Senda, you agree not to:

• Upload anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, or anything that identifies another person without their agreement.
• Try to access another student's account or data, or to get around the platform's security.
• Scrape, copy in bulk, or resell the content of the platform.
• Use automated systems to overload or disrupt the service.

6. Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page; this removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other students at risk, and we will explain why where we lawfully can.

7. Content and intellectual property

The text, design and structure of Senda belong to Senda Future. You may use them for your own personal study and orientation. The content you write into your own profile stays yours; you give us only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you, including the automatic translation described in the Privacy Policy.

Names of universities, employers and exams belong to their respective owners and appear here for information only.

8. Links to other sites

Senda links to the official websites of universities, employers, exam bodies and the 16Personalities test. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Availability

We work to keep Senda available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We may change, pause or withdraw features. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Senda Future is not liable for decisions you take based on the information here, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under law, and nothing affects your mandatory rights as a consumer in the EU.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version, and we will tell you about significant changes before they apply. Continuing to use Senda after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Disputes may be brought before the courts of your place of residence in the EU. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
